Surf Town by Matt Luttrell is a homage to Honolulu and craftsmanship. It tells the story of the creation of an 8'6 Spoon inspired by shaper Renny Yater and the film Apocalypse Now, and also portraits the unique characters of local legends Mark Cunningham, Kyosuke “Karu” Karube and Arthur “Toots” Anchinges. Get a better understanding of the art and cultural stories of Hawaii. Welcome to Surf Town.
